PARAMETERS The parameters added below are for educational and practice purposes, use them but don’t post as is and claim it to be your own work, you have to tweak the transforms and positions and any other detail to claim it as your own, otherwise it would be considered a copyright infringement.
Made using ’s Apophysis 7X v.15b (Get the latest version at his site) to submit to the Apo Challenge #149-- hosted by `f--l--A--r--k
Special Note: the "DC_Cylinder" plugin used in this fractal is created by ~FracFx
Thought of naming this image Xylographic [link] fractal but may have been considered too pretentious
Challenge #149 - Find the Sweet Spot +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
This challenge will be a little different from the rest in the past. We're going to combine tweaking a flame with some of the other challenge types we've done before.
Below you will find a set of starter parameters. (Not included here, check Stan’s Journal [link] ) Please read the rules that follow carefully.
Transforms T1 & T2 may not be moved, re-sized, deleted, rotated, or otherwise modified. No post transforms may be used on T1 and T2 Variations can be added, but the given amount of Linear on T1 & T2 must remain. You are free to add one (1) transform in which you have full freedom of use. i.e. Moving, translation, rotation, post-transform, etc.
So, in a nutshell: you cannot modify the base transforms aside from adding variations and changing weight/xaos levels. You may or may not choose to add a single transform in which you can do anything you like to it. Sometimes it can be quite difficult to find something beautiful trapped inside params like these, other times, everything just falls into place. I wish you the best on finding the "sweet spot"! As always, have fun and stay thirsty my friends! Deadline: Monday, September 24 11:59pm (EST)
I hereby authorize to and any Group or Club I am a member of, or deviantART member who would wish to post it in their Journals in dA only other sites please ask. Thank you
