Yes, you've read it correctly. This week we'll be trying to simulate fractal lava. It has so many interesting and unique characteristics. In the movies, fractal math is often used to simulate lava, including in the Star Wars series. I was originally going to include some variation restrictions with this challenge, but then opted not to in order to encourage more creativity and variety.

This one really caught my attention for some reason. I think it's the fact that it's leaning over to the left hand side and how the pattern of those lines directs your eyes from the bottom right and upper left. I just think it has a very unique point of perspective and how that draws attention to the sides rather than the center. I love the rich tones and colors! Brilliant execution!
